Dr. Anna Clayton is a learning and development leader with more than 20 years of experience designing learning solutions, leading organizational initiatives, and helping people and teams improve performance. She holds a Doctor of Education in Instructional Technology and Distance Education and brings expertise in instructional design, adult learning, learning technology, program development, and strategic implementation.

Throughout her career, Dr. Clayton has led cross-functional initiatives, developed scalable learning programs, coached and supported professionals, and translated complex organizational needs into practical, engaging learning experiences. Her approach combines evidence-based learning practices, technology, data, and human-centered design to create solutions that are both effective and sustainable.

As a Chief Learning & Development Specialist, Dr. Clayton focuses on building learning strategies that strengthen workforce capability, support organizational goals, and create meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
